Live Healing

A small group of women ( no more than 10 ) gathering together to compassionately support each other on their healing journey. Together there  will be support, guidance, and a safe space to be seen, heard, and guided with wisdom and compassion 

In each session, we explore and discover different topics that thread together emotional, mental, and spiritual healing.  Sessions begin with time for sharing and coaching. There will be somatic work in the form of tapping, breathwork, and more. 

Skills and tools are taught to help facilitate a lasting change and growth. 

Within the safety of this Circle we will unfold what I believe to be one of the foundation pieces of letting go and moving forward.
