Each weekly session builds on the next. You will gain understanding, clarity and awareness around foundational pieces of your life.

We spend time discovering Your Story. We will Befriend Your Inner Critic as we uncover blocks that are keeping you stuck.

With that insight, we begin to explore your dreams and passions, which opens the doorway to Your Purpose.

Once we have identified your strengths, inner critic and your purpose, the journey to creating your wondrous life begins to unfold!

We will thread together the unique pieces of your story, as we recognize and release that which is keeping you stuck, which gives way to discovering Your Purpose and Vision.

We begin to take heartfelt and creative Action.

Together we will work to establish short and long term actions. You will gain skill and knowledge as you integrate your strengths, purpose and vision into your Action Plan.

Last but certainly not least, we begin to bring it all together and take it out into the world:

• You will integrate all that you have explored, uncovered and discover about who you are and how you want to offer your life to the world.

• You will thread together with your purpose and vision with your inspiration and joy as you step into your most wondrous and purposeful life.
